You can design and finance your ideal custom home by GL Green in as little as 30 days!

Week 1: Preferences and Price Point
The first week in the process involves learning about your preferences and determining your ideal price point. While the Financial Pre-approval process takes place (usually 24 to 48 hours) we preview existing GL Green homes, review photos and floor plans, and talk about your wants and needs.

Week 2: Lot Selection and
Preliminary Design

Once we know where you would like to live and what your comforatable price range is, we identify your ideal lot and design a preliminary custom floor plan and cost estimate that meet your particular parameters.

Week 3: Final Design and
Options Selections

Now that we have a plan and cost estimate in place, we revise and fine tune the final design and select from a wide variety of custom options to determine the final plan and purchase price.

Week 4: Final Proposal and
Purchase Agreement

Lastly, we deliver a final proposal that incudes your final floor plan and elevation, a price and specifications sheet, and the purchase agreement. It's that simple.
