What sort of time frame are we working with? Although it is never too soon to get started with the process, a better understanding of when you would like to be living in your new home will give us a better perspective to work with.

Target Price Range
What would be your target price range? One of our company’s competitive advantages is our ability to take all of your specific preferences and custom design a home to fit comfortably within your budget.

Ideal Area to Live
What type of community or amenities are you looking for? Do you want to be centrally located (Sonoma Ranch area), are you interested in a more rural desert landscape environment (Talavera, La Tierra Escondida, and others)? Are you looking for any special amenities (swimming, tennis, golf, etc.)?

Other Preferences
Do you have any special wants or needs with regard to your new home? Simply tell us what you are looking for in your ideal home (i.e. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a powder room, a home theater, an office, views of theOrgan Mountains, a 3 car garage, etc.). Would you be entertaining often? Do you need a big back yard? Would you need a guest suite for frequent visitors?
